FOUNDATION

Lifes about building a foundation.  A house is not built in a day, as it takes time to plan, create, and build.  It's important to work on creating what we desire to see happen in our lives, and build a foundation of daily habits, routines.

NUTRITION

Bringing love into everything we do including creating a meal helps establish the energies within ourselves.  Nourishing our bodies with foods that keep us allive and vibrant extends outside to others.  Be aware of what foods resonate and how they make you feel inside when it digests in our bodies.  It is key to living a life of love and passion.  This energy gets extended to the outside world.

PRACTICE

Keep it consistent.  Keep on moving forward even when you feel stuck and have no motivation to do it.  Do it anyway.  It's so important to keep on practicing as it will eventually become part of you and a habit that becomes you.  With each practice you learn from your mistakes and keep growing to be a better version of yourself.  Practice is key to success. Accept what is and be the change you wish to see.

LIFESTYLE

It is a lifetime of constantly learning about yourself and others.  Life does not stop showing up and giving you opportunities or challenges.  There will be days you just want to give up and just be and not want to move into discomfort.  Yet are you learning and growing if you stay in your comfort zone?  It becomes boring after awhile, but life doesn't have to be boring.  We are always growing and learning even we least expect it  and don't realize it.  You adapt to life or you change what you wish to see and be.  Be YOU Live the life you want not what others want for you.  Are you living your Dream?

MIND PRINCIPLE AND THEORIES 

Mindset is so key in how we perceive, receive and react and don't react to lifes  gifts.  Every obstacle, challenge, opportunity is a gift.  How we choose to receive this gift is up to us.  We can receive with gratitude, or throw it away after, or accept it with love and opportunity to enjoy the blessing of receiving.  
There is a principle of giving and receiving What we put out and give to the world, is a sometimes what we will receive in return.  So be mindful of what you want to receive before giving what you wish not to see happen to you

BODY MOVEMENT

Movement is key to staying active and aware.  With the Wing Chun principle we are taught to be aware of your surroundings. and know what is coming at you.  When we practice consistently with form we are training our bodies to naturally know how to react in situations to give and receive.  We either sit and stillness and take the punch and not do anything about, yet still get punched and hurt.  Or we can learn to be aware of the punch coming towards you, deflect it and let it go, and learn from this awareness.  Preparing our bodies to learn these forms helps us deal with sudden change and things that suddenly come up in life.

SPIRIT WAY OF LIFE

Be aware of your surroundings.  Pay attention what shows up in from of you.  Look and ask for the signs, messages, and the guidance you are wanting confirmation for.   Things show up for a reason, person, animal, numbers, events, as well as we end up in places for a reason too.  Are you aware of why and what it is you need to learn from people, things, and signs?   Learn  how to tune into your Soul ad Spirit of yourself and the things and people that surround you.

ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR

It is all in how we perceive things.  Take it with a grain of salt.  Does it resonate with you?  Are you feeling connected?  Learn how the body can talk to you and what it needs and wants.  Listen to  your intuition.  It is all in how we allow ourselves to receive.  Be open to new adventures and don't judge until you experience it for yourself.  It may change your life forever.  One thought, one word, one seed,and one action can bloom to be the best thing that has ever happened for your.  Things happen FOR YOU not to you.
