Why This Program Exists

"I studied Psychology & Economics at Barnard College, drawn from the beginning to one central question: how do people come to know themselves, and what becomes possible when they do? That question guided every chapter — from teaching, to Harvard, to school leadership, to Columbia Business School, and ultimately to investment banking at Morgan Stanley."

I developed this program so participants have a place entirely their own — to develop self-awareness and clarity about who they are and who they're becoming.

How the Program Unfolds

01
Weeks 1–4

Who Am I?

Values, identity, inner life. You begin to see yourself clearly — often for the first time outside of the roles and expectations others have placed on you.

02
Weeks 5–8

Why Am I Here?

Purpose, strengths, what lights you up. Inner truth meets outer direction — you begin to connect who you are with where you want to go.

03
Weeks 9–12

Where Am I Going?

Goals, your 2-year roadmap, and a written narrative built from genuine self-knowledge. You leave with a real plan — and the clarity to execute it.

Monthly In-Person Gatherings

Three Moments of Collective Work

Month 1

Opening & Grounding

Participants meet their cohort, set intentions, and begin the inner work together. Includes a facilitated group meditation experience.

Month 2

Reflection & Deepening

Midpoint check-in. Participants share discoveries, support one another, and deepen their practice — including a facilitated group meditation.

Month 3

Celebration & Commitment

The closing circle. Participants celebrate their growth, share their roadmap, and leave grounded — with a guided meditation to close the journey.
